Selena Gomez wowed in a ruffled red dress as she joined Zoe Saldana at a photocall for their new movie Emilia Perez during the Cannes Film Festival on Sunday.

It comes after Selena got emotional during the premiere of her upcoming film at the star-studded premiere on Saturday night.

The 31-year-old performer wiped away tears after the Jacques Audiard-directed musical crime drama received an impressive nine-minute standing ovation.

For Sunday’s photocall she continued to bring the glamour in an off-the-shoulder red dress with ruffle detailing around the neckline.

She completed the look with pointy matching shoes and wore her dark tresses in perfect waves.

Meanwhile Zoe, 45, wore a chic grey blazer and sheer skirt which was teamed with heels to boost her height.

Selena got emotional during the premiere of the film on Saturday.

Gomez – who recently opened up about her social media break – was also joined by her costars Zoe and Edgar Ramirez, who embraced each other following the movie’s conclusion, according to Variety. 

Later, Gomez shared photos from the film’s after-party celebration on her Instagram Story.

The Disney Channel alum sizzled in a dark green long-sleeve dress as she relaxed on an outdoor sofa.

The Only Murders In The Building star accessorised with various pieces of jewellery, and her gorgeous brunette locks were partially tied back into a flowing ponytail.

It was revealed that Gomez had signed on to star in Emilia Perez in January 2023.

The movie is centered on a lawyer who is recruited by a Mexican drug lord in order to help him undergo a sex change operation to become a woman.

The Love You Like A Love Song singer portrays the cartel leader’s unsuspecting wife in the movie.
